Check PMAY-Gramin status (with registration number)
- Open pmayg.nic.in
- Go to Stakeholders → IAY/PMAYG Beneficiary
- Enter your registration number and click Submit
- The page shows your sanction status, installments paid, and construction stage

- On the same page choose Advanced Search
- Select your State → District → Block → Panchayat and search by name, BPL number or account number
- Find your entry in the list to see the registration number and status
Check PMAY-Urban status
- Open the PMAY-Urban portal (pmay-urban.gov.in) or your state/ULB housing portal
- Use the application/assessment tracking option
- Enter your assessment ID or Aadhaar-linked details to see verification and approval progress

- Stage photo pending: the next installment releases only after your construction stage is geo-tagged and verified — ask your panchayat/block coordinator to complete inspection

- Fund release cycle: state releases happen in batches; small gaps between stages are normal
- Data mismatch: name or account mismatches need correction at the block office
