Who is eligible
- Age 21–24, Indian citizen, not in full-time employment or full-time education (online/distance learners can apply)
- Education: 10th/12th pass, ITI, polytechnic diploma, or graduates (BA, BSc, BCom, BCA, BBA, BPharma etc.)
- Excluded: IIT/IIM/NID/IISER/NLU graduates, CA/CMA/CS/MBBS/BDS/MBA and other premier qualifications, family income above ₹8 lakh, government-employee families
