How to check Ayushman Card status

  1. Open beneficiary.nha.gov.in and log in with your mobile number and OTP.
  2. Select your state and search by Aadhaar, ration card or family ID.
  3. See whether your name is in the list and your card status.
  4. If approved, complete e-KYC and download your Ayushman card.
