How to check PM Kisan status online
- Open pmkisan.gov.in and scroll to the Farmers Corner
- Click Know Your Status
- Enter your Registration Number and the captcha code
- Click Get Data — the page shows your personal details, e-KYC status, eligibility status and installment-wise payment history
Forgot your registration number?
- On the Know Your Status page, click Know your Registration No.
- Choose Mobile Number or Aadhaar Number and enter it with the captcha
- Verify with the OTP sent to your Aadhaar-linked mobile — your registration number is displayed
Understanding the status messages
| Status shown | What it means |
| Payment Success / credited | Installment transferred to your bank account |
| FTO is Generated | Fund Transfer Order created; credit usually follows within a few days |
| Rft Signed by State | State has approved your payment for the current cycle |
| e-KYC pending | Payment on hold until you complete e-KYC |
| Ineligible / rejected | You fall in an exclusion category or land verification failed |
Installment not received? Do these checks
- e-KYC: confirm it shows “Yes” in your status; if not, do OTP e-KYC on the portal or biometric e-KYC at a CSC centre
- Aadhaar–bank seeding: your bank account must be NPCI-mapped to Aadhaar — verify at your bank branch or via the NPCI mapper
- Land verification: if pending, visit your local agriculture or revenue office with land documents
- Account issues: closed, frozen or mismatched-name accounts cause failed transfers — update account details through Farmers Corner
