Who is eligible
- Adult woman from a household covered under SECC 2011 deprivation categories, or belonging to SC/ST, PMAY beneficiaries, Antyodaya Anna Yojana, forest dwellers, most backward classes, tea-garden tribes, or river-island dwellers
